These services are optional and can be requested directly from the employer dashboard.

Instead of reviewing dozens of applicants, the company receives a refined shortlist of pre-screened candidates ready for deeper interviews. This allows hiring managers to focus on final hiring decisions rather than early screening.

How the service works
Applicant Review
The Hiring Advisor reviews submitted applications to evaluate candidate relevance and profile quality.

Candidate Shortlisting
Based on the review, the Hiring Advisor identifies the most relevant candidates for further evaluation. Up to 10 candidates may be shortlisted depending on the applicant pool.
Virtual Pre-Interviews
The Hiring Advisor conducts short virtual screening interviews with shortlisted candidates.
